Welcome to Werder Feinkost's follow-up training in accordance with the Infection Protection Act.

Every year, about 100,000 illnesses are reported in Germany that may have been caused by the presence of microorganisms, especially bacteria, viruses or parasites, in food.

In this e-learning you will learn what you need to do to ensure that our products do not become carriers of disease.

Initial and follow-up instruction Infection Protection Act (IfSG) § 42, 43

Before you work in the food sector for the first time, you need to be instructed and certified by the relevant health authority in accordance with § 43 Para. 1 of the Infection Protection Act. When you start work for the first time, the certificate must not be older than three months. After starting work and every 2 years thereafter, you will need internal follow-up training.

We cover the following topics:

  1. Objectives and contents of the Infection Protection Act
  2. Preventing infections, implementing personal responsibility

This is what you do at the top right: Click on the flag and select your language. You can change the language at any time.

You need about 15 minutes for the training. It is valid for two years.

If you don't quite finish: The system remembers how far you have come. So you can interrupt the training and continue later. If you want to look at something again, you can always go back to the previous chapters.
